考卷也有 UX！英文老師的素養命題_從「出考題」到「設計評量」——5 大命題心法
出考卷這件事，大概是每個英文老師都很有感觸的日常吧。我自己常常是一邊吃甜點、攤開課本，然後對著螢幕坐很久——想著要怎麼把這個單元，變成一份學生願意好好作答的考卷。有時候出到一半會停下來想：「這樣的情境夠真實嗎？」「孩子讀到這題會不會卡住？」這些小小的猶豫，其實都是因為我們很在乎。
這陣子我把這些猶豫慢慢整理成一套自己的命題思路，發現它們其實可以收斂成幾個清楚的模組。今天就想把這些心得分享出來，給同樣在摸索的你參考看看。
我很喜歡一個比喻：一份好的考卷，其實有點像一款好用的 APP。 它會溫柔地引導使用者（也就是我們的學生）順順地完成任務、慢慢建立信心，而不是讓他在某一題前面卡住、不知所措。換句話說，考卷也是有「使用者體驗（UX）」的。如果要用一句話記住整套思路，大概是這樣：
「選項有陷阱、題目變海報、作答用畫圖、內容考常識、版面像漫畫。」
接下來，就一個一個跟你聊聊。
一、5 大素養命題模組Module 1｜聽力辨音：替選項裝上「黃金三角」
聽力題其實藏著一個小秘密：它的靈魂不在正確答案，而在「誘答項（Distractors）」。如果三個選項放得太隨意，學生用猜的也能對，這題就失去診斷的意義了。每一道聽力題都請檢查是否符合這個「黃金三角」：
🎯 (A) 正確答案 你真正要考的目標單字。
👂 (B) 聽覺誘答（抓「聽不細」的學生） 找最小對立組。例如：考 hat 就放 hot，考 fifteen 就放 fifty。
🧠 (C) 語意誘答（抓「沒在聽」的學生） 放同類別單字。例如：考 Monday 就放 Sunday，考 red 就放 green。
💡 檢核點： 如果學生選錯，我能不能分辨出他是「發音聽錯」還是「單字背錯」？
Module 2｜真實情境：讓課文「功能化變身」
請不要直接把課本對話貼上去當閱讀測驗。在真實生活裡，我們是為了「解決問題」才閱讀的。請把課文對話變身成功能性文本：
💬 討論「幾點去哪裡」 ➔ 變成 【行程表】 或 【時刻表】
💬 討論「想吃什麼 / 多少錢」 ➔ 變成 【餐廳菜單】、【購物收據】 或 【購物車】
💬 討論「物品在哪裡」 ➔ 變成 【房間導覽圖】 或 【失物招領海報】
💬 學習「自我介紹」 ➔ 變成 【學生證】 或 【社群網站個人檔案】
💡 檢核點： 這題是在考學生「翻譯句子」，還是在考他生活中「查資料」的能力？
Module 3｜非文字邏輯：給閱讀理解一條「輸出繞道」
很多時候學生其實「讀懂了」，卻「寫不出來」——失分的原因是拼字，而不是閱讀理解。為了精準檢測，請多用非文字的作答方式：
🔢 順序重組（Sequencing） 讀完步驟把圖片標上 1、2、3。非常適合考防災流程、故事發展。
🖍️ 畫圖檢核（Read and Draw） 給指令讓學生畫出來。例如 "The red ball is under the box"，畫錯位置代表介系詞不懂，一翻兩瞪眼。
🔗 連連看（Matching） 把人物和喜好連起來，考「誰幾點做什麼」。
💡 檢核點： 我們要做的是排除掉「懶得寫字」這個雜訊。
Module 4｜跨領域整合：用英文「定錨常識」
CLIL（內容與語言整合學習）不是要你用英文教很難的新知識，而是用英文去確認學生「早就知道」的常識。這樣能大幅降低語言焦慮。
🎨 結合藝文： 混色概念（Red + Yellow = ?）
🌿 結合自然： 動物習性（Fish swim）、天氣與穿著
🔢 結合數學： 簡單加減法、看時鐘時間
🏃♂️ 結合健體： 健康食物 vs. 垃圾食物、防災安全步驟
💡 檢核點： 學生看到題目會不會心想：「嘿！這題我知道答案，我只要看懂英文單字就能拿分！」
Module 5｜低焦慮設計：把考卷的「介面」優化
考試本身就是高壓情境。一份好的考卷應該像好的 APP 介面，引導學生順暢完成任務。
👀 視覺友善 題目中放入受歡迎的角色，版面保留大量留白。如果是低年級，圖文比例建議設定在 1:1。
❤️ 信心建立 第一大題永遠放最簡單、最有把握的題型（例如：聽力圈選、簡單連連看），千萬別把最難的長篇閱讀測驗放在第一題。
💡 檢核點： 拿到考卷的第一眼，學生是會深吸一口氣覺得「好難」，還是覺得「好像很有趣」？

四、送印前，我常問自己的三個小問題在學校裡，每次盯著螢幕、準備把熱騰騰的考卷檔案送出前，我都會習慣稍微停一下，在心裡快速過一次這三個細節：

作答方式有給足鷹架嗎？（孩子如果卡住，是因為不懂英文，還是單純覺得寫字好累？）—— Module 3 ＋ 5
其實，整理這些模組，與其說是一套標準，不如說是我自己在日常教學中不斷反思的紀錄。當我們把視角稍微轉換一下，就會發現自己不僅僅是在「出考題」，而是在為孩子「設計一段學習體驗」。
我一直覺得，考卷不該只是打分數的冷硬工具，它也可以很溫柔、很有趣、很有溫度。每次出題，我心裡小小的期待，大概就是看到孩子拿到試卷的第一眼，眼睛能亮了一下覺得：「咦，這個好像有點好玩！」
